Reimbursement & Rates:

• Fysiotherapie Haarlem-Oost has contracts with all Dutch health insurance companies.
• Physiotherapy is reimbursed from your additional health insurance.

• You yourself are responsible for your health insurance and associated rights and obligations.
• If you are not insured, the rates below apply.
• Payment takes place immediately after a treatment or session. You can pay cash or by debit card.
• Additional activities and services can also be found in the rates listed below, the prices are subject to VAT.
• Cancelation of an appointment has to be received by us at least 24 hours in advance, otherwise  the reserved time will be charged.
