- Fysiotherapie Haarlem-Oost has contracts with nearly all Dutch health insurance companies. From 1-1-2023 No contract with Menzis anymore.
- Physiotherapy is reimbursed from your additional health insurance.

- If you are not insured, the rates below apply.
- Payment takes place immediately after a treatment or session. You can pay by bank-app or by debit card.
- Additional activities and services can also be found in the rates listed below, the prices are subject to VAT.
- Cancelation of an appointment has to be received by us at least 24 hours in advance, otherwise the reserved time will be charged.

The rate of the specialist will be charged at a registered specialization in physiotherapy. This therapist is able to offer an effective and specialized treatment of health problems.
